I just turned 21 last month and in the beginning of this year I went on a program to pay my debt off. Yes, I am young and am already in debt because my mom got me a car which was under my name but she was paying for it and she recently lost her job less than a year ago and still has not gotten a job and so I lost my car in December and there is still money that is to be paid off on it but I am trying hard to pay it off. Right now I do not have a car to get from place A to B and I am in desperate need of a car... I am going to be selling most of my things at a garage sale that I am holding off sometimes during this week and others have donated their things to me so I can sell it to raise money to buy a car or get a car at an auction. I am just wondering if anyone could help me by referring to someone or someplace to get help to get a car so I can go to work and pay off my debt and get out of it or even help with donation. I emailed my church that I currently attend but have not gotten a response back and I need prayer. Both of my parents do not work and I have two younger brothers and I am trying to do my best and we only have one car for the whole family with 4 people who drive. My younger brother and I are the only people who work in our family and it's hard for my parents to keep on supporting all of us including my cousin who currently lives with us. I really need advice and help and I cannot find anyone to help me at all.

I am 39 years old and suffer from numerous chronic illnesses. I have been on Social Security Disablilty for the past several years and things are finally getting to a breaking point. I was getting some help from family, but a job loss has now entered the picture. I have hit my lowest of low in my depression/post stress disorder from my childhood. 

 When diagnosed will all these conditions, I had 1 class to finish for my BA degree, and then was told I would never work again. I am humiliated that I have nothing extra, to even get a movie ticket. I feel so horrible for others in the same boat, but with children. I can not receive many state programs, due to being single and no children. I am awarded with $36 a month for food. 

I am in desperate need of money, donations, gifts cards. I am being sued by a creditor, with more to follow, I'm sure. I may have an opportunity for some small jobs, but I have no appropriate clothing to wear. The jobs are short, so I am capable of handling them, and are very specific on what must be worn, colors, etc. All I own is 2 pairs of jeans and some t-shirts. I can't even afford the thrift store. I also have 2 small dogs, one is now blind (rescue) and I must care for them as well.

I was told to get some things from very specific companies, Banana Republic, JCrew, Gap or Express, those are WAY out of my price range! HELP! I am sure I could use these for court as well. How can you sue someone when they can't even afford to live?

How can I survive without love and money?

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all. As I write this, I am deeply saddened by my situation. But I have to give thanks for what I do have which is health and family, plus isn't what this holiday season is really about. Reflecting on love and kindness and how it all brings people together? But I digress. Back to my situation. My family, which is my husband and our two kids, 3 and 5mths of age, are currently renting a house that is now in foreclosure. Needless to say we need to move ASAP. So we have been pinching our pennies and trying to save up for the usual first and last it would take to move somewhere else, and low and behold we went thru a series of unfortunate events that took whatever little savings we set aside. Now the grand finally of unfortunate events, for us at least, has occured and our one and only car is in the shop yeilding repairs of $600+. The new year is coming and truth be told we do not know how much time we have left to stay in this house. We are new to this area and do not know anyone. My husband is the only one working right now since we now have a infant at home. This Christmas was rough, but I do not sweat it since we have more to come, and the kids were happy. We need help as a lot of people do, i am sure. But I do not write this with the expectancy of a handout. I write this for the oppurtunity to help my family have a chance for a brighter new year. If it was just for me alone I would not bother asking for help, but since I have two innocent children, I want them to have better. Thank you for any assistance anyone can give me.
